In the event of a clear odds error — where a published price is obviously incorrect compared to the general market — 22win may void the bet and return the staked amount to the user, even after the event has been settled. Bets placed with a clear intent to exploit identified odds errors are subject to cancellation and may result in an account review.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not completed within the settlement criteria of the relevant market, the bet will be voided and the amount returned to the user's balance. For live bets, settlement is based on the score or statistics at the time the game was suspended, in accordance with the specific rules of the market wagered.
Live betting at 22win — including Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, UFC, and other real-time events — is subject to data transmission delays. Users should be aware that live odds reflect real-time information received by our systems, and any bet accepted during this period is binding. It is not possible to cancel a live bet once the transaction has been confirmed.
22win applies betting limits per market, per event, and per user based on factors such as VIP level, betting history, and market type. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet. Diamond and Elite VIP members have access to progressively higher limits, negotiable with their dedicated account manager.

The bonus is credited as bonus balance and is subject to a 5× rollover on the bonus amount in Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.60. The rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date. Cancelled, voided, or bets placed at odds below the minimum do not count toward the rollover requirement.
